The price Construction noise; toilet and shower all in a small room; very uncomfortable pillows; in a very undesired part of town!

going to the night market was easy but that’s it. i could not sleep. it’s in the middle of construction & it’s insanely loud every morning super early. i could hear the alarms from the surrounding rooms. there was roaches in the room. & i couldn’t open the curtains because the construction workers would see me, very uncomfortable.

The hotel was not comfortable we reached after long trip to our room there was smoking smell inside the room coming from the other rooms, I told the staff about it they said if we catch the person who smokes will give him fine so they dont have any devices to discover smoking or proper solutions. I booked 3 nights and paid then I had to leave after the first night unfortunately.

The location Near the city walk and convenience store and food restaurants around . About the Hotel , clean and value to stay About the parking not so convenient, parking no reserve .

i choose this hotel because i saw on social media that this hotel has parking. sadly, during the day i stay there is no parking like how it used to be mentioned on social media. plus i need to pay rm30 extra for outside parking with urine smells at the parking lots. the hotel did not pay for outside parking. bukit bintang is a crowded place and very hard to find a great place that we can trust for our vehicle safety.

Meh, spend your money elsewhere, walls are paper thin, I could hear people yelling from three rooms over, can get your money's worth elsewhere.

Great location, close to everything you need Staff was a bit dismissive. The first room I was in was quite dirty with ants. Depending on the room you would be facing an active construction site. I had a city view that’s basically just front row seats to the construction. When I brought it up with the staff they try to gaslight me at first and said there’s no construction and when I kept insisting they decided to move me… to another room with the same issue. At least the second room was cleaner with no ants. Only a place to sleep and that’s it.

Location Staff No small fridges in the room to keep your food No smart tv The water bottles ( I am not sure if they were refillable or not, but I realized that some have unpleasant smell). Perhaps the property should be aware of that.

Room was nice clean, evry thing you need is around there subway,mono rail, eaterys, ATM, shoping malls, famous street foods of Jalan alor. Restaourants from all continents. Very friendly & helpful staff. Forget about about buying & carrying water evry day, thers free water coolers on evry floor. Cheep loundry is just on the left of hotel. Thanks to all boys & girls who were working there.
