The hotel itself is pretty but the surroundings are not . If you're a female and travelling in small groups , do not choose this hotel . It is dangerous especially during night time .

The property is close to everything - supermarkets, malls, tour pickup points, food stops, and bank. Staff were proactively helpful. The area gets crowded in the evening during rush hours due to the surrounding cafeterias.

The bathroom is 1m to 2.5m. The shower is located to the WC. The lavatory is only 30cm×15cm, small.

Children screaming, shouting, making too much noise until 2am! Parents were as noisy as the kids, totally disrespectful. I'm fine with street noise and music from the outside, but naughty kids that can't be controlled by their selfish parents are unbearable. The hotel should regulate and check upon that. Even hostels have a silence policy after 11pm. It's a hotel, you can't have guests not sleeping/uncomfortable due to some disrespectful people.

The furniture is a bit old but it’s clean and well maintained. Washroom is a bit tiny as well.

Room is spacious and got everything we need. No elevator going to the lobby as most of the guests are carrying luggages.

The accomodations was great with basic toiletries provided especially toothpaste and toothbrush because I don't expect that. They provide the towel and you have to iron your clothes outside the room since the iron board provided located outside the room. The location was a bit desolate during midnight when you're walking with girls and there was many homeless around. I booked 2 rooms for 5 person. The room for 2 people with queen bed was a bit crowded with barely enough space to perform prayers. Another room was spacious enough.

Most comfortable bed. They provide water, coffee/tea, cattle in the room. Big windows. Bathroom wasn't clean. Shower drain full of hair.
