The location was supered. It was very close to Bukit Bintang Station as well as Petrona Twin Tower, KLCC, Jalan Alor Night Market. The breakfast variety wasn't many, but we felt that it was sufficient. And we liked the complementary afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm. Must say the check-in was smooth and fast; the front desk staff and the doorman were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was changed almost immediately when we weren't happy about the cleanliness. Love the rooms that comes with ironing board. Hair dryer is powerful too. Housekeeping needs a big improvement. Dust accumulated at the corner of the bed and inside the compartment where the ironing board was tucked. The water inside the iron was not removed from the previous Guest usage.

The location and the interior was great . The room can be connected with an adjoining room, and the room layout includes one single bed and one double bed. Making it especially family-friendly for guests traveling with children. The buffet breakfast was nice for the price. But I would like to suggest higher cleaness for the plates. I noticed that some of the plates still have cake crumbs ir bread residues on them

I enjoyed very comfortable time in the hotel, and the breakfast was quite tasty. The air conditioner was not working well in my room.

My refrigator did not get cold, so keep drinkings or food was challenging.

Staff was very welcoming and everything was very clean. There was no closet in the room. A general lack of storage space for things.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from printing up some tickets, providing local information and so on. The place is very clean, the afternoon tea with food was fantastic and I loved the pool. The only suggestion I’d make is to find a way to make the ladders to get out of the pool less slippery. Otherwise everything was perfect! Ladder mentioned above.

Very friendly and helpful staffs Hotel needs renovation. Stain in every corner of the room. There’s even water dripping on the window glass in the room.

We had a deluxe king room reservation but the gal who checked us in put us in a 3rd floor room overlooking the back of the hotel and it had a queen bed and a single. I also requested a quiet room and she put us in a room with connecting doors where we could easily hear our neighbors. Breakfast was repetitive. I didn't see an option to have eggs cooked to order like many hotels do. They forgot to clean our room one day. When I went downstairs to ask for fresh towels I got the same gal that checked us in. She had someone come by with towels but she never apologized.

Excellent location, calm and quiet, nice rooftop pool, nice lobby and common areas, staff were very friendly and professional. Room was well appointed. No P-trap in the bathroom so could get a bit of an unpleasant smell at times.
