Staff was very welcoming and everything was very clean. There was no closet in the room. A general lack of storage space for things.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from printing up some tickets, providing local information and so on. The place is very clean, the afternoon tea with food was fantastic and I loved the pool. The only suggestion I’d make is to find a way to make the ladders to get out of the pool less slippery. Otherwise everything was perfect! Ladder mentioned above.

Very friendly and helpful staffs Hotel needs renovation. Stain in every corner of the room. There’s even water dripping on the window glass in the room.

We had a deluxe king room reservation but the gal who checked us in put us in a 3rd floor room overlooking the back of the hotel and it had a queen bed and a single. I also requested a quiet room and she put us in a room with connecting doors where we could easily hear our neighbors. Breakfast was repetitive. I didn't see an option to have eggs cooked to order like many hotels do. They forgot to clean our room one day. When I went downstairs to ask for fresh towels I got the same gal that checked us in. She had someone come by with towels but she never apologized.

Excellent location, calm and quiet, nice rooftop pool, nice lobby and common areas, staff were very friendly and professional. Room was well appointed. No P-trap in the bathroom so could get a bit of an unpleasant smell at times.

The breakfast has good variety but the baking/cooking skills leave much to be desired. The location is at an old road, near a public carpark and the entrance is cluttered with cars and hawkers, especially at night. The hotel needs a revamp to commensurate the many awards the hotel received for 2025.

The shower was very well made. We do a lot of travel and we have experienced nice bathrooms with walk in showers without any kind of retention ( curb-lip- or barrier) that turns into a disaster. It turns into a wet room. I was able to relax and enjoy my shower. The space, the shower head. Great job to whoever designed this shower. I also would like to mention that the " SNACK from 3 to 5pm" was an excellent treat. I would not call a snack. It was a real lunch. The staff was courteous. Nothing.

Very close to that party/bars street, and the neighbourhood is somehow a little pocket of undeveloped older buildings and could see tons of rats when walking in the night. It's strange how this area surrounded by all the modern skyscrapers is left out in such condition,

Everything, love staying here everytime I'm in the city, the Gents I interacted with at the front desk are great, very hospitable at night and the morning shifts. Will always come back everytime I'm in the city, has become one of my fav places to stay. Not being able to stay longer lol
