The front desk people were nice. We did not complete our stay at MOV Hotel. We stayed the first night because we got in late and it was the only option then switched hotels the next day. The room was not clean. The sheets and pillows were dirty and stained; the towels had holes in them and were very small. The area around the hotel is not the best and would not recommend that area at night. There is no “grab and go” breakfast liked promised on the website. They charge you for small cakes in the lobby, but did have a pot of free coffee.

The security staff work really hard and always with a smile, The front desk staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The interior and concept of the rooms and overall hotel is nice. Water temperature and pressure is good, for those who like a view the window faces the back alley so you wont see much, rhe area is perfect. Walkable to pavilion area and many food places. Pillows were a little too hard, the bed was not too comfortable. The mattress was not as firm, the bed frame tends to make sounds and move easily when you change sides. Towels had a smell even when they changed daily. Room lighting was a little too dark and the AC was a little too noisy to fall asleep to.

Location is extremely convenient to move around. Best part is very near the Bukit Bintang train station. Downstairs a little rowdy especially in the night lots of social escorts and call girls hanging around that area.

The room we chose, the ascend, has a terrific corner view of the skyline and the tops of the Petronas tower. The room decor was modern and hip. Friendly staff. Close to bar street and Jalan Alor (touristy spots). Rooftop pool and hang out area also has a nice view if that’s something needed for the stay. The surrounding areas/vicinity of the hotel was worn down and infested with rats, especially in the alleys. Bath towels were thin and had to request extra every day as no sink or hand towels were provided. No cleaning was made or attempted after second day. Was advised that deposit would take 2 weeks to be returned. Couch was stained (which I covered with extra towels in order to feel comfortable using them). One of the pillows had a musty smell as if the cover was replaced but couldn’t mask the odor of the unclean pillow underneath.

Location : close to city center Location : surroundings are vendors and dirty streets with homeless people lying on the street. Random fireworks create crazy noise.

location is great. Maybe the hotel management should check the laundry service. When we had our towels replaced to a fresh set, it was stinky like smell of dried urine. We didn't complain and ask to have them replace because we were about to check out.

It was in a great location, walkable to a lot. The room we stayed in did not feel clean. There were stains on the sheets and just felt a bit run down overall and not cleaned thoroughly.

Rooms were a little small,not enough provisions for multiple charging and no cupboards for our use...Overall it was a nice stay, centrally located to everything

The location was nice, the staff was helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The aircon didn't seem fully effective in that the room always felt humid.

Very good location; clean, quiet hotel; good value for the price. There is nothing I did not like.
