There was only working water in one room so I had to walk downstairs and wait for everyone else in the place to use the one toilet/shower. Staff did not inform me of this, but a girl staying in my room did. The whole place also had a strange and unpleasant smell.

Location is good for anyone wanting to have the bukit bintang vibe. The bunk beds with a roll down screen in a 4 person bedroom is just good enough for a one night stay to get some rest. No frills, other special amenities, it is after all, a 2 star type accommodation Stairs up to the 2nd floor were steep and dark, good luck with carrying heavy /large bags. Toilets although in separate cubicles and private, were very small with no space left for changing into dry clothes after showering and absolutely no hangers or shelves to put aside clothes. Lockers are without usable locks. Being in an area full of bars and late night parties, getting a quiet sleep is close to impossible.

I found it to be the best in Malaysia within any budget, specially owner is very humble, his kids,are very friendly, madam Husband is kind big hearted man, Manager Bablu, l is Awesome, reception man Nazmul very helpful, i highly recommended to all

The location is very central to big shopping malls and restaurants. It is also very close to Bukit Bintang station. The facilities were expected of a hotel and cleaned daily. The wifi connection was at times unstable, but worked the majority of the time. The manager was nice enough to let me use one of the fridges to store my soft drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to be central and enjoy a quiet stay. There was an issue with my cash deposit after turning in my room card upon check-out. The manager was unable to refund my cash deposit upon checking out due to their policy of not keeping cash on their premises. The owner of the hotel was nice enough to contact me after I had left and sorted it out. Please consider leaving the cash deposits on your premises to avoid future issues.

Beds were comfy and rooms were nice ... Toilets were not working . Water heater not working Hairdryers not working . Guest were behaving in a rowdy manner speaking so loud outside thier rooms corridor level in the mddle of the night. We had to wake up from our sleep to request guests to go to the reception to speak...
