Worth for the money

Well, I would say it's not soundproof enough though it was stated to be one.

Near to shopping mall.easy access for grabcar.shops nearby,restaurant and bar especially.very nice place with friendly staff.

about the only good things about the property are the location and the guy at the front desk. very friendly. No window. I didn’t realize how much this would bother us for 1 week. we called it the dungeon. there was no room service at all. we took towels downstairs to exchange once. the place is really showing it’s age.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious The room was not clean with water leaking from underneath the floor. Someone tried to open my room at 3am which activated my alarm. No closet or hangers, no hair dryer. Towels were very dirty and moldy. Someone called me at midnight on December 20, 2024 saying he's a staff at Vivid hotel and someone was delivering my order, which I suspected was a scam. My info was not safe with the hotel. I didn't give anyone my Malaysian number and didn't order anything to be delivered to the hotel where I only stayed 1 night a week ago.

I like room decor and colors I like quite I didn't like facilities, there was no water in bathroom for whole one day and this is big problem There was no boiler, no basket in bathroom.

Location is good due to near by tourist attractions! Very strange experience for me was, some random people try to open the door knowingly/unknowingly. There is no provision to lock the door and window from inside. I was not getting sleep because of that. Bedsheet had stains on it, which was very disgusting. Hotel rooms were completely closed, very suffocating and constant smoking kind of smell and no proper ventilation.

Best location

Not at all good, no window. No hot water, they provided a kettle to boil water and a bucket with a mug to take showers. The room was dirty and very shady. We checked out and checked into Prescott hotel the very next morning.

The door of toilet can't lock

Tiny room & AC remote not available.Temperature can't control.

Loud, water pressure in shower

Neat and tidy , comfortable with all immunities. Escalator hanged up.

Only location is bit okay Starts from checkin to checkout my experience was terrible, staff have no customer service experience, i lost my key somewhere and was forced to pay rm50 to get inside my room. Strongly not recommended, room cleanliness is so horrible

Good location

The location was alright. And the shower had some of the best water pressure I've ever experienced. It was not worth the price. There was a broken floor board in my room and peeling wallpaper everywhere. The bed was rather uncomfortable as well.

The location was near the mrt, but I didn't expect the uphill road. No iron inside the room, need to ask the reception. It be better if there's electric kettle inside, had to go down to get water.
