The Mesui Hotel Bukit Bintang

Clean room, All Facilities were at point, Everything worked like it is supposed to be

The room was very clean, comfortable and excellent location we can enjoy the nost tourists place in Kuala Lumpur

This was one of the most poorly maintained hotel rooms I have stayed in. The room was heavily worn, and no housekeeping service was provided during my entire four-night stay. Towels, water, and other basic items were never replenished. Requiring guests to personally request housekeeping rather than providing it routinely is not what I expect from a hotel. The property feels old and in need of substantial renovation. The requirement for a 100 RMB cash deposit was also inconvenient and outdated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Location is top. Welcoming staff during check out. Didn’t have fridge, also room was full of mosquitoes and AC was very weak. Considering the price, we did not feel the overall experience offered good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, especially because it’s very close to Mega Star Arena.

Location, staff, the coffee shop downstairs with proper cappuccino. Great value for money breakfast option would be nice to have, but you get the coffee / pastry shop just outside too.

We had problems with another hotel so booked into The Mesui Hotel at the last minute. The staff that greeted us had our booking ready and were so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home even though it was late at night. This is a small hotel in a great location. There may be a few areas of the main hotel that look a little worn, but the rooms themselves are lovely, comfortable and cosy with great bathrooms. We had such a great experience that we booked again at the end of our holiday! The people remembered us and also allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out as we had time to spare before out flight home. I would happily stay there again. Nothing

Surrounding

Location is the best part of this property. It is reasonable that what we get for we paid but this is the industry based on hospitality which is an aspect of intangible noun implying that a guest should not need to ask for something. Toiletries like razor blades should be included and better shower gels should be placed.

The price should have been more less.

Lack of early check in

It's a great location and easy to walk to the MRT station. Little wear and tear around the toilet and sink, but otherwise it is good.

The hotel was just nice. The room felt so comfortable even though it was not very spacious, still great value for money. For people who love Japanese restaurants, this hotel will be a good place to stay the night. There are lots of Japanese restaurants around. Well, there are noises of people talking and walking just outside the room to be heard even when I am already inside and the door is closed.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area near Bukit Bintang, with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. The washroom was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The room size was quite small, and the cleaning service was disappointing- nobody came to clean or refresh the room on a daily basis during my stay. This made the overall experience less comfortable.
