* The hotel furniture is quite old and worn out. * Both the main door and the bathroom door were difficult to close and required force to push shut. * The air conditioner was very noisy, did not cool the room properly, and had an unpleasant smell. * The bed was dirty, with multiple visible stains on the bedding. * We arrived around midnight, but there were no available parking spaces. We had to park in another area and move the car the next morning to avoid getting a parking summons.

I was attending Pesta Buku at WTC & the hotel is close to WTC Parking space is very limited and unfortunately this was not disclosed on Booking.com. It’s important to be transparent about this so guests can plan ahead. There is no air conditioning in the lift, check-in was late, and the toilet lock & hair dryer are broken

the facility was okay with respect to the price. have not had the chance to visit the pool. Location is not bad it is close to bath caves The shower area was not fine the shower head was broken.

Only thing I like in this property is swimming pool Rooms are so small, bathroom flush pipe damaged, no food provided, room lights are dull. I requested for room change but it was not done. Online price is for which I would have got good home stay. Room services was ok in cleaning the room. Room size is very very small.

Lovely pooltop with great view over the city. Room was comfortable enough, although we had the smallest one. Staff very friendly, WiFi worked well and location couldn't be better for the price. Room a little bit run down. Side table was so wobbly and a bit of mould on walls as there is no window in this room. But fine for the price. Also no inflatables despite the pictures on booking
