We had a bad experioence. The room is ready as soon as we arrived, thats good. Upon check in noted the aircond is not cold, & the floor trap is stucked. Reported the problem & they came to rectify it. But at 1am ++ , suddendly the air con automatic off & totally unable to on it. The room became warm, hot & unbreathable. Reported but unlikely the unable to rectify it. We have been told to change the room aropund 2am..i'm totally disappointed as we need to relocate to other room at this hour but no choice. The replacement room is the same type of room but the cleaness is totally out..not clean, some hairs lyiong on the corner of the floor. Totally disappointed.

Excellent hospitality and facilities, the most amazing bed to sleep on (no kidding), aesthetic concept like a hidden jewel. good selection of breakfast. Housekeeping was good and clean well but a bit odd timing. My first day I didnt request for hs but, when I went back to my room in the evening, he knocked on my door to ask when I didnt call for it. The second day was ok but he didnt remove the towels which was mention to leave it on the toilet floor if wish for it to be clean. The next day, no hs was done even when it is ready for hs and he knocked again after I went back to my room in the afternoon ( around 5pm) When I asked when does the hs usually starts, he said 5pm-6pm. Maybe its common there but, it was not the convenient time as I prefer to rest unless i call for room service. I have to request directly to the counter for early hs the next day with specific list to ensure he covers all area. it was not really a bad experience as he was mindful to ask if i need anything. Just the timing a bit odd for me.

- Superb rooms and overall unique hotel aesthetic - Competitive pricing for clean spacious rooms - Excellent location, ten minutes walking to Sunway Putra mall; or surrounded by local eateries - Self service laundry was a shock for a four star hotel. But worked in the end using the BigPay app. - Breakfast had fewer options than you'd normally expect for an international hotel. - Gym doesn't have AC - Check-in staff disappointed with their attitude and aura - Cafe seemed to have irregular hours and menu availability, which disappointed

Bathroom products most welcome ,,, a/C controls and output excellent . Tried to order a Caesar salad in my room at 20.50 and was told kitchen already closed .. that is totally unacceptable and am pleased to say with assistance from reception i did eventually get my meal . Cold baked beans at breakfast ,, definitely poor. Requested a two egg omelette and got two one egg concoction ,,, nothing like an omelette should be ,,, cold chicken nuggets ,and chips , not good . Dining room staff ,, too casual ,,,couldn’t even see when sliced oranges had run out .Dining room windows not clean . Swimming pool red plastic loungers impossible to lie out on , As design causes the user to slide down to the lowest position ,, TRY IT … and you will soon find out totally impracticable .

Very nice hotel for a little money.

The sofa was not clean and my children didn't like it they felt uncomfortable, and there is no proper carpark place for the guest to stay I find it weird when they ask us to pay , and the food was not an organized example, the butter and the jam was in the jar they provide like a butter sachet for hygiene purposes and will look more presentable....

Strategic location. Eatery shops are available especially if you are too lazy to go out. Room is spacious. Buffet breakfast so so. Limited choice & not tasty. TV is the only standard channel that Malaysia offers

The location is in the middle of low cost housing area. No car park
