The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fantastic. It has all the amenities that one would possibly need in a hotel room, except for the mini bar fridge. The location is pretty good, and you can find food and stuffs within walking distance. LRT station is quite nearby too. The aircond in my room takes quite some time to cool the room, even when set at lowest temperature and highest fan speed. The hotel itself is pretty much faultless for the asking price, although it is located in a slightly rougher part of KL. This is not the touristy, fancier part of KL like Bukit Bintang. If you prefer a more realistic experience, then this place is for you.

I have been here before so I am obviously satisfied with the hotel. The staff are great and the rooms very clean and well provided for given it is a budget hotel. The location was good for me as it was close to the MRT and a few good food options close by. Nothing bad that I can think of.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great Indian restaurant, Himalayan Heights, attached to the hotel with great food and a buffet most nights. Also next to that another great place to eat, Super Thai . So it was great to come back to the hotel and know I didn't have to go too far to eat. There is an MRT station about 5 minutes walk away which was very convenient as well as a huge plaza, Sunway just 10 minutes walk away and you can take a walk there along the river so not battling traffic too much to get there.

your staff attitude not good enough. i ask for late check out if need to deduct my deposit its okay for me. but your staff not give chance and tell me my room already has client to continue.. so i need to check out asap. i already want to continue for one day but because of that i decide to check out and get another hotel for room.
