It's an apartment, and it's exceptionally clean. The only thing that isn't working is the TV, but I hardly ever watch television, so I have no complaints on that score. The young lady who looked after me - I never even got her name -was thorough, professional, and very pleasant. Overall, I've been very pleased with my choice. I can't think of anything at the moment.

The location of the apartments is excellent. I cannot complain. The room was not cleaned from the time i checked in till I left

The locker is almost broken in my second and third day of stay… the second day, the staff promised me to fix the locker and report the broken locker to his boss. But the third day, the locker was not fixed… so when I tried to get my stuff in the third day staying there, I got locked out and my friends were waiting for me for 30 mins because I needed to call on WhatsApp to fix my locker… it took me 30 mins and the locker was not fixed… Also the attitude of the receptionist was not good… he was a bit rude… he used rude attitude to tell me I didn’t need to take the photos of my key locker when I checked out, but the host required me to do it before I checked in… so I think he needs to update the info to provide me better guidance.

Location is great, beds are comfortable. Host checked in if we had any feedback, so we mentioned that the couch was severely sagging: and we got a new couch the next day. Hosts clearly operate in a hierarchical system, so you watsapp with someone and somebody else shows up, a bit late usually. You have to hand over the keys personally at the end, which is a bit of a hassle. too bad that the big window is in the bedroom, so the living room had no natural light.

I like the apartment especially kitchen facilities. Grocery shop also pretty close. So all over I had a great time. I wish I visit again.?

The host Haneef(If i remember his name correctly) seemed to be a nice guy, but at checking out time he tried to abandon us without saying good bye and without paying back the security deposit, then he said he forgot about this as he is very busy, to be honest, it is a little difficult to believe in that, anyways i got my deposit back. If you let any leftover in the kitchen or dishes wihtout washing, you will find thousands of small bugs(ants) next morning. We could not reheat our food because the oven was not working and they did not inform us about this a priori, every time i complain them about something and the response was the same "this room is new in our agency, and we are not yet even familiar with the room's problem".

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious for one person. The room was equipped with facilities that I need i.e; iron board, iron and hairdryer. The owner is very helpful. Overall it's really worth it to stayed at the suites. The toilet is a bit small for the studio room but clean and it is still manageable.
