The property is kept very clean and is in a great part of the city. The staff is helpful with answering questions. There are only two bathrooms, but I found it usually wasn’t an issue. If you are debating bc of the gym, skip this one. Pictured is the yoga deck, which is great.

The low price is the only positive thing about this hostel. Unfortunately, it is completely negated by the host's behavior. He was consistently rude, unprofessional, and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for his guests. His conduct created an uncomfortable and hostile environment throughout my stay. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Saving money is not worth being subjected to such unacceptable treatment. The cost to your peace of mind is too high. Nothing. Nothing at all because they didn’t check me in, cause I arrived late. I think they never traveled because if you travel you know what you have to deal with like poor or no internet connection and transportation delays (if you in Kuala Lumpur you know it for sure or you’re blind). And they ignored me and just left me alone to deal with it. The way they treated me. The guy had the time to answer me on WhatsApp telling me that they are closed and don’t check in anymore, but when I asked what could I do and if he could help me he just ignored me. Tried to all but no answer at all. At 1 am, in a new city. Imagine if I was a girl. I would send no woman in this place with people like that.

I stayed at Valencia Dorm @ Summer Suites for 2 days. Overall, the experience was decent—the location is convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the basic facilities were fine for a short stay. I was quite disappointed with the towels provided. The first one had a hole and was visibly dirty. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the second towel was also not clean. This really affected the impression of cleanliness and attention to detail. With a bit more care in hygiene and quality control, this place could be a much better budget-friendly option.

Hard for the rest to keep it clean, never had toilet paper, so carry your own, needs a shower curtain or a door as everything always gets wet, no privacy in the dorms as well. Staff is not that kind, they don't seem to be that patient and the check in is a bit awkward, as once you get there there is no formal place, just some security guys who tell you which random guys check you in

Location is great, they have a pool, gym and a yoga dock. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. I saw a cockroach in the kitchen. But just one so they should deal with it before it gets really bad. They don’t have shower curtains and some people don’t know how to shower without making the whole bathroom (sink and toilet) wet too. The lockers could be places outside the room as it can get very loud when somebody is going through their stuff early morning/late night.

smelly and stinky toilet, house rules is not follow

I liked the location and the fact that u can shop anything downstairs, having easy access to a bakery, mini market and a canteen for dinner. TOO NOISY. Thank god i had my earplugs with me. People also i think live there for long periods... Also the bed was NEXT to the glass facade corner. Structurally this is not allowed in Europe, it's dangerous. The beds should have a minimum distance from the windows... and this one was on the 26th floor... Also luggage storage is tipped only. And stuff behavior when i arrived, on 22.40 was making a scene i was late and didn't want to help me with my check in. i had to contact through WhatsApp a person, who called them in the reception and told them to help me. Come on, that was weird... i was right in front of them in the reception and acted indifferent...

Felt not safe as a woman alone. The housekeeper of the flat went to my room while I was sleeping, very very uncomfortable feeling at this place. It was only men in the flat.
