Been a client for long time. The building now is old, rooms ate smelly, amenities are broken and service is zero.

The mattress is super hard and uncomfortable, we could not sleep well. Aircon in the room was sometimes cold and sometimes warm so whenever it got warm we woke up sweaty. Tried to adjust using the controller but didn't work. This happens a few times throughout the night. This property has many good features, but because of these bed and aircon matters, we will not come back again. We stayed 6 nights here, didn't get a good rest at all. To those who are not fussed about these things, this property is worth staying a night or two.

The location is strategic with walkable distances to alot of good food. The apartment is huge with one guest toilet near the entrance and 2 master rooms with individual attached toilets and walk-in wardrobes. The bed is comfortable. Upon reaching, we had to wait and rang the bell for a good 10-15 minutes before we were attended by the receptionist. There was also a time where we saw and killed a lizard at the kitchen drying area. So cleanliness was not top notch imo. The aircon controller also doesnt seem to allow us to set the temp. Although it could be adjusted, the temp would just jump back to initial temp (27°c) Even then, it got too cold and had to turn it off. There were also no option for breakfast at all.

Got everything i need Didnt have Qibla arrow for me to pray and got something smelly on the bathroom when i first time open the door room. Tips - better put some perfumes or anything smell good .

The location is excellent. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The view from the rooms at the front of the building are amazing. The bed was great and very comfortable. The rooms are a little tired. We stayed 5 years ago and I don't think anything has changed. Our floor had a leak which meant there was a persistent mouldy smell. Floor 23, where our other party stayed, had a strobing light in the hallway which was very distracting.

Rooms are large and very comfortable. Location is great and near many attractions especially the twin tower. The hop on and off bus station is also near None. the place met my expectations is every way.
