Our first day there, there was a family with two kids that were definitively younger than 12 years old. They made a lot of noise in the small pool area, shouting, splashing and was a disturbance. Disappointing because we paid and chose this location for quiet, tranquility. Very surprised that the hotel allowed this large family to stay given its obvious statement of being a 12+, adults only location

Nothing It is not safe at all for a solo traveler. There are no female staff. The doors are not properly locked.

Location is okay. other than that, I don't like everything else. The in-bedroom jacuzzi is cold, they say is warm but it's actually cold. Even after hours running. The pool is dirty. The room has a lot of mosquitoes, I have to request mosquitoes repellent from them. I chouldn't sleep the first night. Breakfast was okay. But the roti canal is frozen roti canal and they heat it up. Not the fresh roti canai.

The pool is nice and the rooms are nice you cannot find this nice interior in other places in kL it a not easy The breakfast was lmost nothing.the hotel are not generous at all with anything despite the high price you pay per night . I went to 3 hotels all had free mini bar except here and also the breakfast u will be shocked how little it is. The location is fine not close to most important attractions, my first room was not like the pictures they i asked to move to what i actually booked we always have this in hotels but here the difference in room is really huge so make sure they share the available room with you . Internet is sooooooo bad dont even try to work from there!also the team not all respect ur privacy with do not distribute and there is no sign of do not disturb next to the door so anytime anyone can nock ur door

Amazing natural paradise created at this place. Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful the whole time. Breakfast / the restaurant made really good food. The pool was lovely to sit by and swim in. Rooms were amazing and clean. It was quite expensive but totally worth it for a treat at the end of our honeymoon. The location is also a bit out of the city so taxis are needed for 10-15min drive into KLCC.

The location is quiet and private. Friendly staff from guard, receptionist to kitchen staff. The room was the best for couples in which to have honeymoon or short relief from stress from work. The best part was the jacuzzi. Definitely will come again. None

Our 4th visit here … Rooms and service are excellent Please please please install fans in the bathrooms … the bathrooms are not air conditioned or some have indoor plunge pools which makes the bathrooms like a sauna … women beware you won’t want to put make up on in there and their are no other mirrors in the rooms

Absolutely gorgeous resort with responsive and helpful staff! I would would love to come back one day and stay for longer. The food options available were great and the ambiance was relaxing and romantic! We stayed here at the end of our trip and wanted a staycation and got exactly what we were looking for. Nothing, all amazing!

A little oasis in the city. We really relaxed here. We loved having a pool outside our balcony. It was so quiet in the mornings, that it felt we were in the country side! Staff were lovely too. Spa in the room was a hit.

Loved the 3 nights stay here! Pool Villa was hidden in a quiet neighbor area and felf like we were in a beautiful island, which was very special and something you don't often get in a busy big city like KL. Room design was beautiful and had direct access to the pool. Staffs were super friendly and breakfast dishes were great. Child free zone allows you to enjoy this peaceful environment. First room we got assigned was near the big street so construction noise outside was really loud. When we switched the room is was much better. Price was very high but it was understandable considering Christmas season.
