My stay at Element by Marriott Kuala Lumpur was great. The room was very clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s location was excellent. It is conveniently close to the metro station, Petronas Towers, Avenue K, and KLCC, which made getting around very easy. My only comments are about the breakfast. I think it could be improved by offering more variety. I also didn’t enjoy the croissants they weren’t flaky and tasted more like bread. In addition, on one of the mornings during my stay, the croissants ran out and were not replenish. I also noticed that there wasn’t much variety in the fruits. There was no pineapple available for everyday , and dragon fruit was only served in very small pieces as a topping for yogurt. Another disappointment was the Indian station. One morning, I arrived for breakfast at around 10:00 a.m., and the staff member told me that the dough had run out, so he couldn’t prepare the sweet version with sugar for me. I was really looking forward to trying it, so that was disappointing. I also think the juices could be improved, as I didn’t particularly enjoy their taste.

We loved this hotel. It was centrally located, well designed and elegant. The pool was wonderful and the staff were amazing (warm, helpful and charming).

The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of selection. Close to KL stations to get anywhere you want around Kuala Lumpur. I liked everything

Location overall. They have additional fees not transparent about, and landy they charged so much 65€ for few socks and few TShirts.

Everything was excellent during my stay at Element KL — from the service to the facilities. The only small suggestion would be to have a light room freshener, as the room sometimes had a slightly enclosed or lingering smell. Otherwise, a wonderful stay overall! Nothing i could find

They are giving the impression of customer value with many points that rarely can be found in other hotels. Such as: filtered water tape in place of the plastic bottles, room card key is not needed to keep the electricity on and, WiFi doesn’t need any identification or room number validation. Such small points makes you feel valued. Some washroom doors needs alignment, no free parkings but it is still better to use public transport in such city.

Loved the location and the view was spectacular. We had the sky view room and we could see a part of the Petronas towers. It was nice to have a sink in the room with available drinking water. There were a lot of drain flies in our room. Every time we got rid of some there would be more a few hours later. Showers could have been a bit cleaner.
