Everything , it has been a wonderful stay at double tree kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend for staying with family . Front desk was very supportive and courteous. Sorted out all the issues in fraction of seconds. Very efficient and Humble at the same time. Nothing as such, all was good .

Location and breakfast was OK All corridors are smelling bed like carpets never cleaned before, the smell infusing the room also. the second point is the AC unit which was so noisy. ı have informed these problems to staf during check-out also.

The location is great, right in the City centre and within a Mall complex that had a lot on offer. No coffee making facilities in the room

We recently stayed at the hotel as a family of two adults and one child, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us, which made our stay relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards our child, which we truly appreciated. The amenities were well-maintained, and the breakfast options had a good variety to suit both adults and kids. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay, and we would consider returning in the future. There was hardly anything i dint like. Probably just a suggestion to improve the breakfast area space as too many people accommodated in the small space.

The Double tree is connected to the Intermark Mall which is very convenient for a quick shop. City centre and close by to most places. Nil

The location of the hotel is super when you are on holiday. SPecially when travelling with a kid. There were lot of entertainment options just a short walk away. Breakfast was good but there were a lot of options in the adjoining mall for meals too nothing to mention here

I'm here for work. Had a meeting held here. Satisfied for my stay and the meeting organised here. Special thanks to Ms Khirtana, Mr Aiman, Asfa, Joly and technician Mr Wahid for kind help & superb hospitality. Enjoyed teh tarik at Makan Kitchen alots.

Central location. It’s inside a mall which makes it super convenient to get anything last minute like my husband went for a last minute shave. I got easily go and get grocery for my kid! Overall the service was also really good. Breakfast was also amazing! So many options

That was the best stay in the hotel by Hilton! Everything was super, and the most was the general manager, who controls everything in the hotel and is ready to fix any situation that can happen. He accepts every single guest as the best friend and can make everyone happy. Perhaps, a little bit low temperature in the elevators.

In fact the day of my arrival the Feb 14th the whole power shut down and i couldn’t check in and waited from 9am to the afternoon around 5pm, only waiting. But the power did not come.
