Had a fantastic stay at the ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. It was also super silent and impeccably clean, which made for a really restful stay. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A standout for me was the wellness center being open until 2am, which was extremely convenient and not something you find at every hotel. The gym was also well equipped. The infinity pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos on the profile, so don't expect to do laps. Apart from that everything was perfect.

The room was not really spacious as per my expectations. Also, you hear noises all the time from lobby area and around.

In every review to my hotels' stays I do my best to deliver to honest and clear observations so others can get to know how to be prepared, so this is not to downgrade anyone. The way to there: You need to reach by taxi (Grab), about 70 RM. It takes about 1 hour. The reception: Generally staff are nice and friendly, except one female staff she was not supportive. The Rooms: The rooms are not really wide. The air-conditioning is really not working on full capacity, so if walk in the hotel, it is not cool, my room air-conditioning system was really bad , and I got to change the room, but even after changing the room. It was not as expected. The weather ?️ generally hot ?, 34 degree, so make sure that your room AC, is working fine, before you take the room. There is prayer room in level 11, it's good and cold. The breakfast & dinner: I have tried the breakfast and dinner, so if you are Western or Arab, it might not be very suitable for you, in addition the food doesn't look fresh,I don't know why ?. Generally: the hotel is very busy one, so don't expect a very good attention unless you demand for it. Suria mall, is about 2km walking around 10 minutes, Grab around 10 Rm. There are 5 star hotels nearby, so you can give it a try too. I hope the reception staff (red uniform) to be more friendly, supportive and welcoming. The block my room card by 11:34 before my check out time 12:00, which made me to go down to ask to unlock it again to get my stuff ??. Soundproof, is not really the best, so expect to wake up midnight from hearing the door slamming, or people walking and talking in the corridor.
