Staff is welcoming, good location and great value

Staff ?? Unfortunately, I was charged 5 MR for breaking glass water bottle unintentionally. Even though the amount is negligible, however I didn’t like how such five stars hotel treats the customers! With such cheap management call definitely I would never ever think to stay at such cheap hotel.

Nice people but ultimately terrible service. I got there and it was about a 30 minute wait because they couldn’t find my reservation. When I finally did get through, my room smelled like mildew. They didn’t want to move me to a room that didn’t have that smell initially so they sent someone up with this spray to cover the smell. Mind you mildew smell could mean mold and the smell of the spray even disappeared after a few minutes. Disappointing. There was also a small black device in the hallway which appeared to be something designed to clean the air which indicates staff knows about the smell and still sent me to that floor. Disappointing. Despite that, the doorman are stellar and the front desk staff were kind, just lacking in experience behind the computer which seems to be about half the job.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a really nice view. The pool was small but quiet and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The room had an unpleasant smoke smell when we first entered and the bathroom towels had brown patches on them. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they immediately replaced the towels, which we appreciated.

Towels, bed sheets, pillow cases all come with dirts. I am not sure if it is blood or colors of other things. I asked the staff to change them for me, they did well and change them. However, everything has its own unique dirt points/colors. Whenever the room gets cleaned and towels get changed, the new cases come with dots as well. It was disgusting to be hones. Location is great, space was nice, room was beautiful, but cleanliness was very disappointing and not comfortable. I asked the staff to change them for me, they did well and change them. The location is good and the hotel is very nice and clean. Good breakfast and very nice, accommodating staff.

Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel with great location and friendly staff

Everything is pretty great. Especially the staff. Amazing breakfast with rotating varieties and several service stations including roti, egg and noodle stations. You can also adapt the style of breakfast you want to basically any sort of breakfast. You can eat really healthily if you like. Main negative is that the pool closes at 10pm. Breakfast coffee could be better. Otherwise an awesome stay.

The location at KLCC was perfect, staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Initially, the air conditioning in the room had a bad smell while it was running the first hour I got into the room but the smell cleared & did not return. I would suggest checking air conditioning system & vents of every room especially those that have not been used, please. Thank you

Great atmosphere, super clean and neat facilities and rooms. One of the best locations you can get in Kuala Lumpur as it's close to KLCC and Hot spots in the city
