The apartment is good and clean The security guy he was so rude to us

The owner tried to charge me more than the amount stated in my original reservation and insisted that I pay the extra amount in cash. I refused to pay anything beyond the agreed price, and because of this situation, I decided to cancel my reservation. After I refused, the owner became aggressive. From what I experienced, the security guard on the ground floor sided with the owner instead of trying to calm the situation. The owner also insisted that I give money to the security guard. The situation then escalated into a physical altercation. I ended up fighting with the owner after he assaulted me, and several people had to intervene to separate us. I also believed that the owner was trying to take my backpack, which made me fear that he was attempting to steal it. I consider this incident extremely serious and I did not feel safe at any point. I ask Booking.com to investigate the owner's conduct as well as the role of the security guard to determine whether this property complies with the platform's standards. If necessary, I am prepared to provide any evidence I have.

The staff made the check-in process smooth and quick, and they were very friendly and flexible throughout my stay. I tried 3 hotels in KL, and this is definitely the best place among them ?

Great location , very close to Suria Mall, nearby Petronas Twin Towers, a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants around. it’s simply an excellent location. Also, it’s a very nice building with two swimming pools. There’s a beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Towers from the pool, and there’s also a restaurant with reasonable prices. The six -floor pool is very large, very comfortable, and set in a lovely location. Room are comfortable and cozy . I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room, especially the pillows , they are old, uncomfortable, and have an unpleasant smell, as if used by others. The bedding, even if it’s been washed, is covered with various yellow and colored stains. I believe the owner of this apartment should completely replace the bed linen and towels. Everything is stained, which makes it quite unpleasant and uncomfortable to use.

Great Location with nice facilities. We had a spacious apartment with everything you can need. The check in process was a bit weird and felt scammy. We arrived in the lobby and were greeted by Norman. He then informed us that we needed to pay the apartment in cash and also leave a 200 RMB deposit also in cash. Felt weird as we weren’t informed beforehand and we have not experienced this in the past. Apartment was great but process was weird.

All To put drinking water everyday will be good

I loved the location and the pool area. Apartment was nice and very clean. Would be wonderful for a longer stay. I didn’t like the cash deposit required or the fact the host charged extra to use a credit card when most things are cashless in KL.

Lovely view of the petronas from the roof. Apartment was cleaned and housekeeping signed with the door. Host was really helpful. Recommended this place ??
