The washroom needs thorough cleaning

1) my room was not cleaned once. Even after I asked them to. It was really annoying. 2) The lifts are horrible. They do have a warning poster on the elavator saying that the elevator during peak hours would be a hassle but, I didn’t realize by how much. I had to wait 45+ mins for an elevator once.

The ambiance, the facilities, the views Nothing really

1. There were no tissues in the room, and the tissues inside the bathroom appeared to have already been used. 2. The air conditioning was weak and the room did not cool properly. 3. The waiting time for the elevators was very long. 4. There were no towels in the room, and despite contacting the hotel via WhatsApp, there was no response. I eventually had to buy towels myself.

The customer service was very dissatisfying

Everything was good except there were a lot of baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

Nice building architecture, beautiful views of Twin towers and KL towers. Location walking distance to restaurants, mall and public transport- bus and train. Rooftop pool was the main reason for staying here. The 8th floor garden outside area is really relaxing. Convenient to have a mini store in the building. Other amenities were there but not open such as wine lounge, jazz bar, club room with games..: The host stated early check in would be 100RM and wasn’t available. Upon arrival to apartment building t the front desk stated only 50RM and was able to get a room by 11am. 29-07R was too close to the other apartment in which only separated by a middle door. You can hear everything from the neighbors including showering, music and intimacy. Make sure to book a room that is not adjacent to each other. The deposit stated on Booking.com would be charged via card but then in person had to withdrawal 200RM. Thankfully an ATM machine was in the lobby. Too many foreigners and guests stay here so always crowded. Also the lifts are very slow with coming up and down due to the number of guests staying there.

Good location. Very decent gym. Room was comfortable with a bath tub.

Excellent location, the room itself was comfortable, good amenities. The front staff was not friendly.

It's an apartment. No soap was provided but not a big deal Over all really good.

First when we check in , i asked the reception to give me a good room, he gave me the best suite ever in the tower. Everything was unbelievable. I traveled so much and booked online too much , but this time was my best experience ever Nothing

Location Luggage cart wasn’t available for the luggages. If you have more than two suitcases, you are screwed. Front desk staffs were not polite and treated customers like low life people. They are charging tourism levy by cash only. But no receipt provided. Probably pocketing the money rather than paying it to the government.

Plan your elevator usage to avoid rush hours

I really appreciated the excellent location of Scarletz, which made it easy to access key attractions. The view was stunning, especially from the higher floors. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the pool area was very pleasant ,perfect for relaxing after a long day. The elevators are often overcrowded, and I spent a lot of time waiting. • Housekeeping is only done upon request, which I found inconvenient. • the towel changes only happen if you specifically ask for room cleaning, which is not ideal.

The elevator efficiency seems to be messed up in some way. This leads to long lines at certain parts of the day. Also, I couldn't get hot water to come out of the shower.

Bed However, while I was moved to a higher floor the next day, the room did not have the promised KLCC view. I appreciated the effort to accommodate me, but it was disappointing that the commitment wasn't fully honored. Overall, the staff was polite, but clearer communication and follow-through would have made the stay much better.

The location / pool view Very disappointed with the hygiene and service. Would not recommend. I was woken up in the middle of the night by itching on my arm, most likely due to a hygiene issue with the bedding. Upon inspecting the mattress, I found suspicious stains, possibly even blood, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. When I arrived, there were no towels in the room. I asked reception, but nothing was delivered. I finally had to scan a QR code and contact staff via WhatsApp to get towels — not ideal when you’ve just checked in and are tired. The elevators were also constantly overcrowded, especially during peak hours, which made moving around quite unpleasant. But the main issue was clearly the lack of cleanliness. For this price, I expected a basic level of hygiene — especially with the bed — and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I won’t be coming back.
