The location was good, size of the suites were suitable for families, The rooms were not very clean, everything looked, felt old and unkept. There was an odor in the room and we had to keep all the windows open. At this price, we had expected more.

Everything. I loved the facilities at the fifth floor, two bedroom apartment was very specious it felt like home. The view was wonderful and great location it has grocery inside the property and two building near the landmark I did not take breakfast package as i had plans in the morning, so i cannot give my opinion about it however everything else was amazing, the hotel security also let us feel very safe

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The fifth floor offers beautiful gardens, lounge areas, walking paths, a huge clean pool, tennis court, gym, and pool table. Spacious clean room and kind staff too!

Breakfast menu and service needs improvement. Breakfast items offered is less and dull compared to the cost.

The location of the property was perfect. We were told that the apartment is non-smoking however it wasn’t not the case. The apartment was having the smell of the cigarette which was quite unpleasant for us when one of my kid is pre-asthmatic. We requested to change the apartment however our request was declined.

The place is so spacious and clean .. the breakfast was simple but delicious and the city view was amazing. The staff was very helpful and everyday the house keeping service is scheduled for all the rooms without any prior request Automatic washing machine where you can wash and completely dry your clothes. The TV was with few channels and no YouTube or Netflix to watch , so the kids can watch and enjoy

Great location, fantastic room and lot of top class facilities like swimming pool, gym, grocery store inside. Also, I really liked that they have a very responsive and interactive WhatsApp group after checkin where you can ask for room service items or if you have any problems with the room. The drain in one of our bathrooms had a nasty smell to it. We raised an issue about it and it was promptly attended to by some staff on site.

Clean, close to eating facilities a few walking meters away where KFC, McDonalds plus others . There is also a grocer there ! TV must be smart!
