I have stayed in both the private room and the capsule, and both are convenient options for getting some rest after a long bus journey or before heading to your next destination. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the private room. Personally, I prefer the lower-deck units as they are easier to access. Both the room and capsule come with a mirror, which is a nice touch. There is a shower facility available, with separate sections for male and female guests. However, during my stay, I noticed that a male appeared to be using the female shower area, so guests may wish to exercise some caution. One downside is that there is no complimentary Wi-Fi provided. Another inconvenience is that there are no toilets within the accommodation area itself, so guests need to use the public restrooms whenever nature calls, but it is nearby.

The bed is somewhat rusty feel. It's not really sound proof u can still hear the other room talking.. Which under bed only. Not worth the price. No comfort room. No wi-fi. This just for sleep only. Shower is not comfy yo use no hanger to hang clothes if taking shower. No aminities. I don't recmmend it. Definitely not to go back there again.

Despite capsule room small but it's comfortable to sleep in. New experience for me too, resting in capsule. The tv doesn't work in my capsule. The power socket not functional for me to use my laptop but probably because of the power interruption at the tbs at the time of my staying.

There's no toilet inside the motel. I had to go to outside toilet. The hot water shower doesn't work.

It's inside TBS which is very convenient for travellers. Very very rude receptionist. The owner really needs to teach some customer service. What we see in the picture and the reality is totally disappointing. His been treating all guests like we are staying for free. WE ARE PAYING PLEASE GIVE US A PROPER SERVICE.

Everything. The rest room has an awful smell, there are cockroaches in the room, the linen was dirty and they even get mad when we asked for it to change. They let us change it on our own

Nothing, just need to adapt some of the separate facilities but for sure im okay with that

Location of hotel was strategic, near with bus, LRT, Komuter The cleanliness of capsule room was 50-50, Bathroom and toilet in a separate part, Security of Capsule room door not so safe, still can open without card.
