The room smelled of smoke, not terribly but clearly noticeable upon entering the room. The sound insulation is rather poor, both towards the street as well as to other rooms. The pool area feels a bit neglected and could use a facelift.

I asked for a taxi transfer to the airport since I had a very early flight and because the airport was far away. Tell me why when I scheduled the taxi, they never told me how much the price was, nor did they mention that there was an additional fee due to how early my drive was. When the driver picked me up, it was a smooth ride. Then, when he dropped me off, he didn’t ask for a payment and simply said thank you. So I was under the impression that either the taxi service was on the house or that they would charge my room. No! They blamed me and called me yelling saying I didn’t pay the driver when he NEVER asked for payment. Usually at the end of a drive, the taxi driver requests to be paid but he never did. They threatened to call the immigration police on me and everything. Absolutely terrible.

It was a new apartment which seemed to have been just renovated. Very nice with fully furnished lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Built in closets and two TV units in the living room and bedroom. There was also a view of the next apartment block and the city traffic / roads below. Everything was clean and pristine with daily cleaning if required. The internet service was flaky and disconnected frequently for one of the nights. The living room couch was hard and your posterior will hurt after sitting for an hour. Watching the TV in the living room became uncomfortable after a while because of this.

Unfortunately the hotel and room looks a bit rusty with stains and strange smells everywhere. The AC was too loud and the doors are squeaky. Time for an upgrade renovation, didn't see any facilities.

After the door lock on my studio room broke, I was given a free upgrade to a newly renovated one-bedroom suite. The staff were very helpful and friendly when dealing with the situation, and the location in the middle of Kuala Lumpur is simply perfect.

The room was spacious, clean, and bed are comfortable. Got tv in bedroom and living area with good internet connection, such a great place to chill and enjoy netflix at night. The parking was a bit "weird". I was gloomy and very tight space. Other than this, everything was great.

The location was great, close to the towers and close enough to Bukit Bintang that it’s an easy walk, but not to hectic as soon as you step out the door The building is certainly dated. Careful that they don’t place you on a smoking floor if you booked a non smoking room. The room I had was below average, the carpet was gross, the mattress was rock hard, the shower pressure was dismal, the pillows were also way too firm, the shower had mould in it and the view was depressing To their credit they do have daily housekeeping , the bed linen was clean, and the staff were polite Would I stay here again… no Do yourself a favour and fork out a bit more money to stay at a nicer place.

Great location, convenience and price. Rooms are dated. Bathroom not upgraded for atleast 15 years. Towels old.

Location Upon check in, they gave me the keys to a filthy room that hadn't been cleaned. I went back to reception and informed them and they didn't even apologise and shrugged it off like it wasn't their fault. When I left the hotel, I remember leaving my sunglasses on the table and an earpiece(not as important). I called the reception on my way to the airport and told them that I am 100% sure as I saw them just before I had left that morning, I wore them but put them on the table to go to the toilet to cream my hair. The reception told me house cleaning don't come til 8am and that I should call them later once my flight lands and hopefully they will find it an arrange to deliver to my country. I was absolutely shocked to find out that housekeeping hasn't found it as I literally remember wearing them 1 min before leaving the flat. They kept on telling me that their cleaning staff are honest and there is no way they couldve stole it but as mentioned, I LITERALLY REMEMBER WEARING THEM A MIN BEFORE I HAD LEFT TO RUSH TO THE AIRPORT. Glasses cost over 300 dollars and was a gift so was not happy
