One of the wash room had bad smell, which persisted for our entire stay. The building management could not resolve it.

It is convenient The apartment we stayed in has a hole in the ceiling, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable to sit on. It feels a bit empty and could use some touches to make it feel more like home—maybe some paintings, pictures, or plants. Overall, it’s okay, but the hole in the ceiling was not nice. The kitchen is very nice, but the washing machine smells and needs to be cleaned or aired out.

The elevator was a bit confusing at first, there are 4 --- and idk how they work lol but sometimes its a bit difficult

LOCATION is perfect! few minutes to Petronas, lots of restaurants around. Easy access to everything. The unit has everything, water, A/C, washing machine, detergent liquid, hair dryer, perfectly cleaned. No hot water to shower, we stayed 3 nights :)

The location was like 15mins walk from petronas twin towers, the apartment was clean with all amenities and view was fantastic from every window. Pool had nice water low volume. There wasnt a full length mirror, water dispenser was leaking and the elevator had no ac :(

I check in light 4 hour after my check in time, and the room was not ready. The AC was not working and they don’t have another room

Kuala Lumpur is hot through out the year AC's took two days to start functioning properly in our flat, because the time this flat was not in use made the walls absorb heat. . Also some bad smell was continuos from 1 of the wash rooms

The manager could be more responsive. My toilet was leaking from ceiling. When i informed him, he ghosted me.

While it has been mentioned clearly in booking no pre-payment is required and the payment will be at the property, the agent approached me asking for a deposit otherwise he will cancel my reservation. I was in the airport and it was very hard to me to do the reservation and he didn’t wait and canceled my reservation. If the agent wants deposit it can be mentioned and managed by booking. It’s not professional to put a customer with his family is this situation specifically my arrival is at late hour.
