The room was super lovely; I got upgraded, which was brilliant. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. The bed felt how I imagine sleeping on a cloud would feel. Breakfast could have had slightly more variety, but that's only if I'm being nitpicky.

It is such a magnificent Hotel, but it didn’t have any TV connection. Rooms may have a small microwave.

Stayed here for over a week and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, right next to the monorail and in the heart of KL, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door, and the hotel has a few on-site restaurants too. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and excellent value for the price. The hotel was easy to get around with plenty of elevators, and it never felt too busy. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety of local and continental dishes that changed daily, along with fresh fruit and plenty of other options. The pool was also a good size and well maintained. The only minor drawbacks were that the gym is a little dated (though it still has enough equipment for a good workout) and the TV channel selection is quite limited. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd happily book this hotel again.

The location in city center couldn’t be better. You can walk to several attractions and take advantage of public transportation. It is worth noting that it’s about an hour from the airport. The amenities were fantastic. The pool is great. There is a fitness room, sauna, and steam room. There are several onsite restaurants which make it easy if you don’t want to leave the hotel. The rooms are a little dated, but well appointed and have really comfortable pillows. The steam room needs some cleaning and the tile is too hot to sit on. The bathroom in the room is in need of a refresh soon because the tile is moldy in some areas. The breakfast buffet gets really crowded, and people are not very courteous.

Very convenient to go around city which is located around tourists attractions. Some funitures are old and still need to get fancy designs.
