Clean, walkable to the Twin Towers, Nice swimming pool Not hotel fault, but if possible - request room that is not facing the street. At night, motorbike gangs are racing. Can't sleep from noise

Breakfast was excellent. Location of the hotel was great, but not so walking distance with malls.

Nice rooms, very spacious bedroom. The area is close to the downtown area so doing tours, shopping, and finding food was easy. The hotel was very busy and the staff seemed a little flustered but all in all it was ok.

The hotel was very good ,problem is that it is in the middle of a concrete jungle ,does not actually have any local flair There was nothing about the hotel. didn’t like

The breakfast seems to have fewer choices. The cakes were very hard and dry. Need to improve on the breakfast choices and also the bakery section.

We booked two twin rooms - both were large and clean, showers had a waterfall nozzle which is a big bonus and the tv's have chromecast for when your winding down in the evening. Pool area was exceptional with the water park, bar area in the middle and slides for kids/adults alike. Hotel lobby was smaller but the staff were very helpful and spoke solid English, you'll have no issues with communication. 10 minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC, 20min walk to KL/Menara Tower with a monorail station right out front. Our grab/taxi's never had any issues getting in or out of the hotel area, even with ASEAN. The hotel breakfast was expensive compared to local options, and while not exactly their fault the ASEAN conference being held at the same time hurt the experience. I feel as if staff could have done a better job at alleviating some of the hassle with having constant security check-ins and the constant disruptions to leaving/entering the hotel when you've paid good money to stay there. Of course, this won't apply generally to most hotel-goers. Room A/C and street noise was a little loud, but to be expected.

The kids play area, swimming pool, kids club,breakfast was fresh and tasty, staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! The breakfast staff went out of their way to plan a surprise for my birthday. The staff at reception was welcoming and helpful. Pool staff and restaurant pool staff were very professional and accommodating. Our stay was PERFECT. Thank you Everything was perfect
