كانت إقامتنا رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من جميع الأماكن السياحية والمطاعم والمواصلات، مما جعل التنقل سهلًا جدًا. إطلالة الفندق جميلة جدًا، والمرافق كانت مميزة ومناسبة للكبار والأطفال. استمتعنا كثيرًا بالمسبح وبجميع مرافق الفندق، وكانت تجربة ممتعة للعائلة. الطاقم كان متعاونًا، وكانت الإقامة مريحة للغاية. المشكلة الوحيدة أننا لم نتمكن من تمديد إقامتنا بسبب عدم توفر حجوزات، ولو كانت هناك غرف متاحة لكنا أكملنا رحلتنا في نفس الفندق. أنصح به بشدة وسأعود إليه بالتأكيد إذا سنحت الفرصة. هناك ملاحظة بسيطة يمكن تحسينها، وهي أن بعض النزلاء يقومون بحجز أسرّة المسبح لساعات طويلة دون استخدامها، مما يجعل من الصعب على الآخرين الاستفادة منها. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق وضع سياسة تمنع حجز الأسرّة دون استخدام. كما أقترح تمديد ساعات عمل المسبح حتى الساعة 10:00 مساءً بدلًا من 8:00 مساءً، لأن مرافق الفندق رائعة، وسيمنح ذلك الضيوف وقتًا أطول للاستمتاع بها بعد العودة من الجولات السياحية.

We came to the four points as 2 families we brought our kids they loved it so much the staff was helpful and friendly the pool and the kids area were nice and joyful The food menu was limited And the breakfast was not the best

Love it

This is a great hotel for families with kids. We enjoyed the pool and the water park. Lots of things for my child to do and be excited about since there is a Kid's room with activities. However, there needs to be a parent or adult to supervise your child at all times. The beds were very comfortable and offered a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was varied and had a lot of delicious options. I expected the fruit to be more fresh and higher quality though. The staff were so friendly in the lobby and let us keep our luggage there after check out. My room's phone didn't work so I had to call the front desk with my phone. They tried to fix it but it still didn't work the next day. Also the hair dryer in our room was old and outdated. I stayed 1 night extra in another room and saw that it had a better hair dryer. It would have been nice if the Grab n Go and more beverage options for kids to purchase such as milk or juice in small cartons.

Swimming pool There were no shops nearby such as 7-11, family mart within 5 mins walk.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and right at the centre. We had a good view of the Twin Towers. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious, great variety and good quality. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. The glass bottle for complimentary water has its charm and class but for a bit I didn’t like it when I slipped one and it broke. I was scratched by a shard tho tiny but it bled. The staff was very helpful and kind with the cleaning and first aid tho. Guests should be careful when handling the bottles.

Great stay for families with huge pool and great outdoor and indoor play facilities. The location is not nice, there’s no restaurants within walking distance other than Suria KLCC mall or other hotels. Breakfast wasn’t included but we ended up paying the high cost for the buffet several times because there was nowhere else to go.

Buffet breakfast were good - it was busy! Location was convenient to KLCC etc Cashless payments. I prefer to have options to pay.

Poor cleaning. Even after cleaning, we can notice that hairs are all over the room

good breakfast i still yet to get any update on my parking refund. nobody follow up with me. it been more than a month since reporting the issue

The breakfast was good with variety, like cheese and salads and Indian and chines cuisines. the only setback was there was a lot of porridge options and coffee options. The Ipoh coffee premix was very sweet. Just don't want it to go to waste.
