While staff at breakfast place are very friendly and attentive, it was virtually impossible to get the attention of the staff manning the lobby lounge, despite only few guests and 3 staff, they seemed not to pay attention to any customers. Interestingly i have felt the very same last time i stayed here (recently).

The room, location & Breakfast were excellent. Check out was 12:00 PM but they extended upto 2 PM. Then I left my baggage a storage room. My flight was at 2:00 AM . After coming back from a shopping, they had extended the service for a fresh up at level 2. All facilities for a bath and changing the dress was there. Nothing

Stayed at the Horizon Club. Everything was perfect. Afternoon tea, evening cocktail was nice with variety of food and the menu changed everyday. Staff was great especially Rey and Hana. Had breakfast at Lemon Garden and the food choices were excellent. Room was spacious and well maintained the shower cubicle is small. At the swimming pool some female guest went into the pool without proper swimming attire
