Breakfast, clean, modern, location and the building it self. The room is small, and there is no qibla for praying in the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We were traveling to Cameron Highlands and Langkawi, and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for more than a week, which made our trip much more convenient. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. My family and I felt comfortable, well looked after, and treated with genuine care and respect. The hotel offered great value for money, and I would definitely say it was worth every penny. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of delicious food, and it was one of the best breakfasts we had during our entire trip. Room was something unfamiliar, there’s a nice space as a dressing room comes with iron and iron table. Restroom is spacious and clean. Bed and billows are so comfy. Room service is outstanding. Me and my sister made a big mess, and when we got back to hotel to sleep we were surprised how they managed to clean and make the beds! We truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend Indigo KL to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur and would gladly stay here again.

Breakfast was great as they provided local and international cuisine to accommodate all guests. The coffee bar options really helped us learn about the coffee culture in Malaysia too. The staff made suggestions and one of the chefs even described the flavors of the desserts to us when we asked. The rooftop pool was exceptional with a cool view of the city. There's a shower, lounge chairs, and jets. -

The view from the restaurant was beautiful. On top of that, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay feel even more special.

Breakfast. No food at the pool, cannot put the drinks on your room. Not enough seats at the pool. Staff of the reception was not helpful and cold

Location was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and clean. View was exceptional. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The gym and pool were also very convenient. Solid stay for 4 nights. We got upsold to a better room (King Suite) when we arrived after finding out that the view of our original room (King Standard) is a plain, grey building practically glued to the window. For the price per night, I believe there were better options in KL. The breakfast was average. Not a lot of western dishes.

I like the motiff of the room itself. It is a very lovely and with a relaxing vibe ( view of KL tower and Merdeka tower) both in the bedroom and bathroom. I was mislead because of the backdoor entrance ???

It was a good location& a good gym I didn’t like that the hotel did not accept my HIG membership as I made the booking through booking.com. No acknowledgement from staff that I was an IHG member. Pool was not operating when we had time to use it. Light near bed are hard to read panels.
