I like the motiff of the room itself. It is a very lovely and with a relaxing vibe ( view of KL tower and Merdeka tower) both in the bedroom and bathroom. I was mislead because of the backdoor entrance ???

It was a good location& a good gym I didn’t like that the hotel did not accept my HIG membership as I made the booking through booking.com. No acknowledgement from staff that I was an IHG member. Pool was not operating when we had time to use it. Light near bed are hard to read panels.

Everything! The breakfast was fabulous, the coffee excellent, the staff were exemplary, the location was perfect for me. Located in a downtown area close to public transportation yet on a side street across from a park. So it was very quiet and felt secluded. My room and bed were comfortable. Staff went over and above in taking care of me and were always friendly and gracious. Nothing!

It is a very new hotel with nicely decorated large rooms and lots of amenities. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly. The location was good. Overall it was also good value. This was by far the best hotel we had during our trip. Next time we come to KL we will definitely stay here again. Nothing :)

Really great location opposite KL Tower. Hotel was modern and generally well kept in common areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was a little dusty and there was some small marks on our bedding.

Smooth check in and out. The room on the 23. floor was comfortable, quiet and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nice housekeeping person spoiled us with beautiful swans every morning formed from towels. The breakfast buffet had great choices and generous opening times from 6:30 to 10:30 AM. A perfect place to stay.
