TAKE MY REVIEW SERIOUSLY! most doggy hotel that I have ever been too , dnt regret like me after booking . The cleanness of the hotel is in the most poorest condition. Full of mould n dust in the room. Human hair on pillows n bedsheets . I had severe allergics due to the mould in the hotel . They agreed to refund back , manager ms fong, but no refund was received. PLS AVOID THIS NASTY HOTEL !!!!

1. Hotel offered a upgrade of room with a charge, and the upgraded room was spacious. 2. The Hotel helped us with complementary extra bed. 3. There is a mini-supermarket in the basement. 4. The location is just opposite to KL tower (Bachelors/youngsters can walk) 1. The hotel room interior looked slightly older. 2. Telephones were not properly working to communicate between rooms.
