The tv in my room didn't work

Room - small, no window TV - need to reset etc which end up cannot work. No signal No mineral water,need refill ourself down from water dispenser No reception at nighf.need self check in. Need to whatshap the staff for them to give instructions.Tbat day the staf on duty rude . Pipe leaking.
