Room is spacious, location is really superb. Near KTCC Mall. Food shop is everywhere. Good breakfast but if can add up little bit choices it would be really nice. Making Terengganu's nasi dagang a must-have breakfast every day will further enhance the hotel's appeal as most hotel guests come from outside Terengganu. The hotel parking problem is insufficient for the number of hotel visitors. The hotel should provide enough parking so that visitors' cars can park in a safer place.

A short vacation in Kuala Terengganu. We just wanted to bring the kids because they wanted to swim in a pool. Previously we came here for work, but this time we’re in holiday mode. I think everything about this hotel is perfect. The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is only a 5-minute walk to KTCC Mall. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Even Ali Spicy, which is always a popular spot for locals, is very close. The hotel breakfast also matches the typical East Coast menu. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is nice and shady, so the kids can swim without being under direct sunlight. A few things that could be improved. The receptionists should be friendlier. Maybe the typical Terengganu communication style isn’t very suitable for the hotel industry. Another thing is that they should provide towels at the swimming pool.

The parking spare are limited. The breakfast menu is limited and not many choices. Nasi kerabu on my 1st day is very cold and also the mee goreng & meehoon goreng also cold and delay replenish after empty. The family room view is disappointing because Infront of the aircond compressors. The swimming pool is also not maintain the cleanliness and the gym door cannot opened.
