The torn towel should be change once condition is 6/10...at least should be one piece not like torn here and there...no good that one

Strategic location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Somehow there was cigarette smell coming from the bathroom. Not sure if it was from the below room. Have given this feedback to the staff and they promised to take action for the same.
