Didn't take the breakfast package. Easy parking within hotel compound. Don't let the run down external facade deceive you. Interior is nicely renovated, clean, furniture a bit dated but works well, comfy bed Improve on Wi-Fi connection. During period of stay tried to complete a bit of work using laptop, Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, but manageable

THE ROOM ARE CLEAN.AIR COND WAS GOOD SO WAS THE SHOWER THE STAFFS WERE NOT FRIENDLY. THERE WAS PENALTY AND NOTICES OF FINES ON THE DOOR AND WALLS. INCLUDING DAMAGING THE SHOWER HEAD ETC. IT WAS RATHER UNFRIENDLY.NO FOOD SERVICES IN THE HOTEL OR RESTAURANT.

More spacious and clean . The location is in the center of the town . There are few banks nearby AmBank , public bank. The mosque and Catholic church are reachable . During staying there , the electrical cable construction nearby make our sleep uncomfortable , They still working until 4.00 am in the morning. This activity should be stopped suppose at 8.00 pm . We can't sleep well for the whole night .

the location was only nice beacause we rented a car and the main beach was nearby otherwise it was just bad serivice could have been better i mean its a 3 star hotel so it was not up to the standard at all

Central location with access quick access to attractions Nothing specific Hotel is clean and excellent accessibility to many places. Perhaps if breakfast is included would have been good

The internet connection was very disappointing. It was connected, but unstable, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Even when it worked, the speed was terribly slow, like an old 1Mbps connection from 15 years ago. Please improve this. I came from far and had online meetings and seminars, but the hotel WiFi made it extremely difficult. These days, everyone uses fibre and 5G, but the hotel WiFi feels like it’s still on old Streamyx speeds.
