Terrible parking system

Near to city center. Spacious room. Deluxe Queen Room shouldn’t be like that, where two single beds are joining together to make it as queen bed. Customer will feels the bed joining in the middle of ‘so-called queen bed’. It is very irritating and annoying. The management have to look back into this. Plus, when the staff want to offer for Premier Deluxe Room, I thought it would be great than the previous room, unfortunately there is no fridge provided in that Premier Deluxe Room. So where is the premier? It said that car parking is provided for deluxe queen room customer, actually it is first come first served basis. Even superior room customer also can have that parking lot.

Location very central.

The room was fine, spacious and comfortable....with reasonable rate. 1. The parking was too limited....had to park across the road. 2. The water heater and tap were not working well... it's quite a problem to adjust both cold and hot water. 3. My sister in room 309 was having problem with her flush tank in the toilet....the water did not fill the tank after used...had to call the maintenance twice to repair but it still did not work...she had to fill in the tank herself after use.

Nice location. Very near with hotspot. No problem with parking because has so many public parking around hotel. Walking distance to SateZUL about 1 minute. Hotel provide coway machine every floor. My room 202. Toilet wall was a bit dirty. I have to clean it by my self. Internet signal at lvl 2 cant connect properly. Centralize aircond did not function even i reported it to CS. Aircond already set to 16c but did not cold enough. We one family sleeping with sweat. TV also very blurry and did not function well. HK also did not come in to clean our room. CS said customer must request at receptionist for HK service.

-mirror -bathroom is so clean -soft bed -friendly receptionist -the lights: if turned off,darkness. Turned on, can't sleep peacefully. If turned off then turn on bathroom's light while keeping the door open, cannot, scared if ghost would appear. Welp, I'm just someone who wouldn't want to sleep w lights off in a hotel;safety purpose

i like the conventional layout of the room. Spacious and cozy. of course the bath room fittings are out dated, it is a classic property, though.

Limited parking space

Excellent service by hotel staffs. Great location in town. Short walking distance to Masjid Negeri Pahang. Plenty local food restaurants around the hotel. Safe parking along the street. Will stay again next trip. Bad odor along corridor at level 4 due to leaking sewage piping.
