Just toilet got a little bit smelly, eventhou alrdy spray perfume, but the smell is still coming inside it. Maybe due to outside smelly entering through toilet window.

The hotel employee was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were ok. Had a prob with one room, the management rectify it on the spot. The management and rooms were good but not the location. The location of hotel is not ideal at all. Too much traffic. Lack of parking spots. Too noisy even in the midmorning 3am. Certainly not a place if u want a nice sound sleep.

the breakfast is good. And the location for breakfast is near to the hotel. also in the night, I can find street food and mosque not far from hotel (aroud 600 meter). -

Location is superb. Staff very friendly & so helpful. All the necessary facilities is well functioning. Lighting. Please do not use warm bulb.

Great and convince location. Amenties, drystrores and 24/7 eating places within walking distants, as well as leasure park. Love it very much. Need more efford to clean dusk and leftover rubbish under the bed. Otherwise, it would be excellent.

The hotel location is very easy access to most happening place in Kuantan. The best thing is it located just by kuantan riverbank beside the Towel 188. Excellent. 7e is just 10m away. 24/7 food stalls/shops nearby. Hotel only has very few room. Hence, very comfortable. Especially, added to bubbly and friendly staff. The only a minus point was the under the bed cleanliness.. Dusty. Guessing, never been taken care for long times. Can even find toys, used wrappers, stationeries etc... Left behind by guests before.
