The hot water doesn't work when to take shower

The towels and bedsheets appear quite old and slightly yellowish in color. The hotel should consider replacing them with new ones, even though the staff mentioned that they are provided by the laundry service. Perhaps the hotel could implement a policy to replace all towels and bedsheets every three years — just a suggestion. This is because the towels and bedsheets I received looked worn out, slightly yellowish, and had stains that resembled rust or something similar.

The booking i made for my relatives witch show including breakfast abd i hope to get clean room . It’s not they told that breakfast not including in the price and room was not thats clean need to improve and not provide breakfast even its ℹ have confirmed by call the receptionist Poor Costmor service

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely and hotel is in a good location. Breakfast wasn't great I will be honest. there is not a lot of space on the floor in the double room for bags. There also seems to be a bit of an ant problem.

My room was quite small and had no windows. That didn't bother me so much because I wasn't paying for a super nice hotel, but it was dark when the lights were out, so getting up in the morning was hard, but that's just me...
