Really good location and for a family of 3, the 3 bedrooms made the stay reasonable. Have stayed here several times over the last 20 years and it is clear that investment is not a priority. On this trip, the swimming pool was closed what seems lime indefinitely with no time frame given as to when it will be available again.

bed is good the toilet.... the water pipe leaked continously. we told the staff, but nothing done. we felt so bad, bec water is wasted. sinful to waste water.

Location Breakfast was buffet style without staff in attendance. Food was uncovered and cold had been lying for a long period. There was no attention to hygiene which rendered the entire process unsafe from a health point of view. Wi-Fi was intermittent and unreliable. TV reception was also unreliable.

good location Hard to understand how they got that high rating 7. Worn out, moldy and broken. Toilet leaked in the washroom so couldn't understand wether it's piss or water on the floor. Careless service. 7:30 am Saturday morning we God a knock on the door with breakfast in plastic bags. It's a horrible hotel and one of the worst accomodations I have had in Asia. Lucky we stayed just for one night.

Whole apartment was so comfortable and easy access by using passcard. Friendly and helpful staff. The area so near with Topspot food court just walk about 5 min. And near with other facilities, bank and 7-eleven. Nothing

The location and off course the staffs. We're arriving late at about 10pm something and Stan welcomes us and assist with the c/in process. Upon entering the unit, there is no washer and dryer as advertised and immediately I informed him. He arranged it to be send the next day and when we came back from our activities, its already been installed ? tq so much for his prompt response. Spacious apartment unit with balcony The unit looks a bit rundown with old furniture and very old fashioned. No shower head but not a big deal as long as the water pressure is good and with hot water running ok. Very basic amenities for the price that I pay (2K+) and its a different unit and setting from the pictures shown/advertised in the apps. Somewhat misleading. So first impressions when we're entering the unit, we're puzzle as it is totally different but its ok we're decided to remain stay for the rest of our 4days and 3 nights vacation, no issue. And I specifically requested for a higher floor and they assigned us on 10th floor (during our telephone conversation) but when we arrived, unfortunately we've been given the 5th floor instead. Again I don't want to make that an issue and just agree due to the tiredness and its already late at night. As I said it was all different from the advertisement. Its ok lah maybe next time they could gives us a better deal ?

The room is cosy and clean, the aircon and the water function well, the size of the room is just nice and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.
