The view from the roof top pool

Staff are super nice. The property is relatively new so everything feels modern and new. The designers tried to fit too much into a small footprint, so everything feels rather cramped: the lobby, the lobby bar, the pool (with a gym right behind it, and a kids playroom next to it and a restaurant/bar next to it). The four elevators seem insufficient for the number of guests in a 20-story hotel, so does the pool, so does the breakfast restaurant.

The location is superb where its is located in the middle of the city. The breakfast and room size.

Location and ambience are great. The room was not ready upon check in at 3.00 pm. We have to wait longer and was not properly cleaned. Maybe due to high rate of room occupancy during the long holidays
