Multiple different staff members provided outstanding customer service, from helping us book a tour that was sold out on-line, to providing a different room to sleep in when our exterior facing room had too much street noise. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very helpful during our stay. Appreciate the recycle effort in the hotel. Breakfast was different each day. Beds were comfortable, quiet sleep, our room was on the backside of the building. NA

- Location is central and next to Padungan Street where many cafes and restaurants are - Room was clean - Water dispenser in the lobby to refill your water bottle -Lobby was small and not inviting to sit down. It was surrounded by merchandise and souvenirs that are overpriced. - Breakfast was ok but could be better. The coffee didn't taste like coffee. You need to order and pay extra for a more decent cup of coffee.

The hotel is located within the historical core of Kuching, walkable distance from all the main attractions. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good enough with basic protein options, e.g. scrambled eggs, beans etc. I'm a sensitive sleeper and the rooms with windows overlooking the city turned out to be a bad option. I had to downgrade to a windowless room in the center of the building to get a good night's sleep. Bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to city noises at night. The motorcycles are particularly loud.

It was a bright clean space with super friendly staff and a concern for eco friendliness which is rare in the area. It was great! The breakfast was wonderful with fruit and different options each day.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety and was delicious! The view from the rooftop is also very nice!

Location is excellent especially if walking is the mode of transportation . The staff are welcoming, gracious and helpful. The bed is not comfortable. It needs a mattress cover that will add softness. And linen is getting to be old, grey, and worn out

The room does not have a fridge, so I had to ask the staff to bring a mobile icebox into my room. The pillow and sheet do not look clean, with some strange smells and hairs from previous guests. The room size is a bit narrow for two guests.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and local attractions. On evening we returned to hotel hopping to have a drink on the roof top patio bar and it was closed before the posted closing time.

Ms Juli is the best manager ever! i had an issue while staying there and she managed to resolve it immediately. The breakfast dont have many option, but the laksa sarawak taste nice! there is no mini fridge in the room

Our executive suite was quite spacious, but since it was road facing, there was a lot of noise from scooters, cars heard till late night. The rooms are elegant and clean, breakfast was delicious, Staff were very friendly
