The room have a lot of dust.it makes my eyes and nose feel itchy.My towel also get "black" on that.

the location is suitable for me to move around but the noise from behind this hotel is quite annoying. I can't sleep well because of it. Noise during night time

Hotel staff are polite Cleanliness is the main issue. I got very bad bed bug bites. You can fell the sheet is not clean. Even towels i suspect were not washed properly. You can see dirt/mold build up in the corner.

The mattress was a bit dirty. Also the towel, had a few dirt that can't be removed, but still given to customer to be used. The ceiling fan was so loud even at 2nd level speed.
