Spa with the great view and healthy breakfasts

- Great location - Helpful staff - Limited breakfast options but nourishing, and a nice dining area - Refrigerators in the room don’t work at all. There was a sticker saying it worked for a couple of hours twice a day and we shouldn’t change it but I don’t believe it worked at all. I stayed over a Sunday and national holiday so expected to be able to keep some food and drink chilled. - Some more veg at breakfast would have been nice. - It would have been nice to gave more info about the sauna on the listing or website for those of us not used to Austrian sauna culture (I.e. bring sandals, you will be mixed gender wrapped in a towel, showers will be mixed gender, etc). Also it was unclear where to put our clothes/belongings while partaking, and there was no water available. - The joke on the restroom doors on the level below the front desk was pretty surprising, it felt like it was from a different era (a single “bla” on the men’s door and the same repeating over the entire door on the women’s). Initially got a chuckle but one of shock, like somebody really thought this was a good idea? Poor taste really.

location Soundproof – my room was on the first floor, the noises from the bar and the street were audible and significantly disturbed my sleep.

Helpful staff gave me a warm welcome and good dinner suggestion. Breakfast was varied, and served in the upscale bar area. A transit pass was included, with free admission to the castle fortress. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was not too hot Can't think of anything

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fridge in the room was very noisy. Bed pillows were the usual, too square and much too soft - it's a European thing and not unique to this hotel.
