Beautiful hotel room with a wonderful balcony for enjoying after a day of sightseeing. Location was a quick 10 minute walk into the old town with walking trails available right at your doorstep! Parking was available right in front of the hotel. Johannes was a wonderful host, with exceptional suggestions for excursions and dinner. Nothing.

Everything about this place was amazing Nothing it was a lot better than I’d imagined

Old fashioned antique pittoresque authenticity of the hotel, merging in the wilderness of mountains and stream flowing underneath. Direct access to the walking trails and town centre to stock on food and potions. We would have appreciated a little fridge in the room.

- Quiet location: The hotel is quite nice, located in a very quiet neighborhood at the edge of the city (15-20 min walk from the train station). - Spacious room: the room I had was quite spacious, with a desk, and a couch. The bed was also comfortable. - Wifi good Nothing in particular

The location was beautiful although death defying approach with a car. Breakfast was very good. Johanne was super friendly and helpful. Don’t know their names, but all of the ladies were soooo kind and accommodating. The room description of the family studio was a little confusing. To have two separate beds, someone had to sleep in a very small swept room. We thought the two beds were separated in one good sized room. My friend had issues with the Wi-Fi in our room and went downstairs to the Stuberl (which was very cozy btw)to do her Wi-Fi thing.

A lovely location with balconies front and back

Locación. Quality of towels in the bathroom ( old and worn out); poor amenities; smell of mold and humidity. Reception service. Creepy atmosphere of the property. Poor mattress and pillows. Number of hangers in the closet. Breakfast is only available if one confirms consumption upon check-in which days one will take it.

The view from the balcony and the super quiet setting, although a bit on the side of town. Room and bathroom well-arranged and decent size. Staff were generally helpful but not all speak English. Although the balcony opened up to an amazing forest view, the chairs and table, and everything around, was super dusty so we had to clean up ourselves in order to sit outside and enjoy.
