Great location. Quiet rooms, even with the exterior construction. Friendly staff. I'm a tall guy and found the toilet a tight squeeze as it was very close to the bathroom door.
-
very modern design the toilet is too small and old

What I liked less was that they close the kitchen and lounge at 22:00, which felt a bit too early for me. Also, the space itself has the potential to be much cozier and more inviting, rather than just a functional dining area.

When we arrived, the toilet was dirty. The staff cleaned it right away after we told them. Also, the walls had stains and didn’t feel very clean.

A bit far from public transport. But everything else is good.

Very good

It was in a perfect location, it was clean and the staff are also accommodating. But not having an elevator to go to the reception is a bit of a hassle especially when you have big luggages to carry.

Great polite stuff speaks good English. They have nice drip coffee provided for free. And you can use microwave in the kitchen. The whole area is decorated with a lot of taste. The room is nice and very clean.

Superb

Nice to have a shared pantry with dining area offering some light snacks and coffee. The staffs are nice and helpful. Quiet place to stay even though it’s walking distance to shopping area and eateries. Climbing stairs with luggages to access to the front desk is really no fun especially when the luggages were heavy.

Excellent location, 15 mins walk to Kumamoto Castle. Plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast and ramen noodle. The facility is a bit old.

Very good

The room is small, old and you can't use the shower without wetting the entire bathroom. The pajamas were full of hair.
-
The modern look I had the queen room and the toilet is small and high to climb in. Room was older than the Japanese style.
-
Toilet was small, and had a sewage smell.

It is close to the shopping area. Things are working. You need to be patient with the staff as they have quite a number of things to brief you. If you are impatient, the counter staff will show you an unhappy face. The room is unexpectedly small which reminds me of the tourist places I have stayed in hongkong. The bathroom is small.

Moldy bathroom, squeaky ac, tram noise from the outside
-
- the room size is generous - private parking lot - Able to open the window for fresh air - free coffee or tea or snack in the evening and morning - the hotel gives a trendy vibe. - 5mins to a convenience store - my bathroom was a dated bathroom and small - no elevator between ground floor and 1st floor. I need to drag my suitcase up the stairs

This is a small hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Aeon mall is just nearby which is a plus. You take what you need (like ice cube and kettle) from the common area to your room. The room is at good size for 3 proper beds (thick mattress on the elevated floor). Staff is "out of sight" and will appear when you need them. I personally like this idea. The hotel is a little bit off the central area though the tram station is nearby and it brings you to all major tourist spots. We have no complaint with the amount we paid for a good sleep.
