Guests at SUPER HOTEL Kumamoto Chamber of Commerce can let their fatigue float away in public hot spring bath Hi-no-Kuni, which is separate for men and women, and provides Bihada-no-Yu (water for beautiful skin). The baths are open from 15:00 until 09:00 the next morning. Guests can chose their pillow from the pillow bar on site. Massage treatments are available and all bath amenities are organic. Rooms are decorated in neutral colors, and furnished with double or twin beds, an LCD TV and a mini-fridge. All rooms include an air cleaner/humidifier, while pajamas, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Rooms come with bottles of mineral water. Japanese pub-restaurant Ryosai Izakaya serves a selection of drinks and Japanese favorites for dinner. Drinks vending machines are on-site.

There is dust and brown water spot inside the washroom and bath. Maybe it is just a careless mistake of cleaning. Overall, quite good 6.5/10.

Very impressive outdoor onsen for ladies, enjoyed a lot when it was snowing. Clean and tidy, spacious room. Thank you for helping to remove the snow on the car.

The locations is good, all Lohas group have onsen provided, as well as pillow choices which is the part that I like. The room is too small and very difficult to open the luggage when there are 2 big luggages in the room.

The location is excellent being within easy walking distance of the station, and the bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel! Breakfast was very good and better value than eating out. The onsen was very nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was next to the street so it was rather noisy while the trams were running. My bed's mattress was uneven, one side being lower than the other, which was a minor discomfort.

The hot spring was really nice with a clean shower place. The hotel has a welcome drink bar which provide alcohol and soft drinks. The room was quite small to fit two beds, can’t place our luggage.

Conveniently located just 3 tram stops away from Kumamoto Station. You can select a pillow from different softness levels. Rooms are very small and it is very difficult to place bigger suitcases in the room.

The twin bedroom is really small and the furntures are relatively old. We found little bugs both on the bed sheet as well as inside the remote control of the air-conditioner which freak us out.

good service good facility the room obviously were not very clean there were sock and left over stuff from the pass guest doesnt give a pleasant hotel experience as it was not so clean especially to japan standard

Nothing special. The light in the room is not bright enough. The space of the room is smaller.

The hotel seemed pretty new, everything was tidy and clean. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Location is pretty great, close to bus terminal and walking distance to city center. I think as a hotel willing to accept foreigners, the policy on onsen and tattoos should be revised as this is not reinforced by law in Japan, rather just a cultural block. Who knows, maybe one day even the Japanese can enjoy onsen regardless of drawings on their skin.
