They made our journey was awesome : cleaning, food, personnel, activities,… The shows were not that top as usual except Madonna Show

It was very clean and the food was excellent. I had my flotation devices that I had just bought for my grandson stolen from right in front of my room. I went downstairs for just a moment to reset my key that got demagnetized and when I came back up to my room they were gone. I let management know, but nothing was ever resolved.

I rarely ever have my expectations exceeded with hotels, but Liberty definetly did that. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They are just soo atentive and make you feel welcome. The food was actually good and tasted fresh. I will be going back to this place. Context here is we visited in March so it was a bit quiter Not a lot. The only thing i would say is some of the rooms are a bit dated, however they are still kept immaculate and clean. This wasnt an issue for us, just worth having in the back of your mind.

Beautiful beachfront resort, most of the staff were friendly anf helpful, everyday live performance of musicians, very clean, bedding changed everyday, not so big but comfortable When it is raining in winter, there is no many sports things beside a small inside pool, the old guy works at the entrance of the spa was rude when we arrived 20 minutes early for swimming and my son was in changing room ( it was open) that staff got so angry for no reason and shouted at us. Jan 19-30 was Turkish school holiday so the resort turned into a kindergarten ?

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved our time. The hospitality was top notch, and the staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived. They were always around making sure we were taken care of, and their kindness truly made our stay even better. We also want to mention that Ms Parna helped us greatly before our arrival. She managed to book our rooms and accommodate us at the last minute, which we appreciated so much. The food was the absolute standout feature of this hotel. The variety was incredible. They offered fish, beef, chicken, vegetarian dishes, and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Breakfast was honestly our favorite part of the day. You cannot imagine a single item missing. They had tons of pastries, super fresh baklavas, cakes, and desserts, along with fruits, cheeses, meats, and every style of eggs you can think of. Every morning felt like a full culinary experience. We also want to give a special shout out to some of the staff who made our stay unforgettable. Melike at Guest Service was wonderful, Erkan in the restaurant was incredibly attentive, and Omer and Ronahi at the entertainment were awesome and brought so much fun and energy. They were all amazing, even though everyone we encountered was great. If I had to choose one thing that sets this hotel apart, it would be the restaurant and the exceptional staff. The quality, the flavors, the presentation, the kindness, and the level of care made our trip truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing family getaway. Nothing was really bad or worth complaining about. The only small thing I can think of is that breakfast and lunch felt a bit close in timing. Extending lunch until around 4 pm and extending dinner until about 10 or 10:30 could offer a little more flexibility, but it was not a big issue at all.

Only one restaurant. Flies were all over food and clean plates.

At check-in, there was a misunderstanding about our reservation — the front desk said it was for two guests instead of three. I asked to speak to the manager, who told us to contact Booking.com and did not accept our booking even when my son showed it to her on his iPhone. After a long discussion, she checked her computer, realized our booking was correct, apologized, and kindly upgraded us to a larger family room. The food was excellent, and cleanliness was generally very good. A few small things could be improved — sometimes restaurant tables, glasses, or plates were not perfectly clean, and in the room, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom and some minor stains on the wardrobe. The restaurant staff were amazing, working hard in the heat and always smiling. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmet Kanat and Ms. Nevin for their outstanding service. We requested a late check-out for two extra hours, but as the hotel was fully booked, the only option was to book another room until 9 PM for €120, which we accepted. Overall, a lovely hotel with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will likely return on my next trip to Antalya.
