The room and the location was good Bad food and coffee

I wanted to see more activity during the day like pool Dj or others Ants were everywhere and was disappointed.

I like it but the WiFi can be more strong

The hotel has clean big rooms , delicious food and available snacks everywhere, the pools are clean ,the shows every night were very fun The luna park for the kids is not working good and the trees around is not well maintained

the cleanliness and the spacious rooms , the water park was amazing and organized and safe. The staff are helpful and there are plenty of activities to do. the pools are clean with a lot of choices. A lot of play activities for all. The food was repetitive everyday , also the dining area hygiene wasnt great . The staff need to know more english. The bathrooms need to be cleaner and need to have more waiters at the food areas. I had to use the clinic and they only have a nurse , when they called the doctor they are charging 130 Euros and then they took me to the hospital and i paid 660 euros for Pediatric visit , complete story rip off.

This was our second time staying at Royal Seginus, and once again, it was an amazing experience for me, my wife, and our two kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we asked for an upgrade to a sea view room, and thanks to the kind help of Dilar at the reception, we were given a beautiful room with a fantastic view – it really made our stay extra special. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and perfectly suited for families. What truly stands out for us each time is the Kids Club. My children had such a great time there, and it was clear how much effort and care the staff put into making it fun, safe, and engaging. A special mention to Yasmin, who is such a wonderful and caring person – my kids absolutely adored her, and as parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. In short, Royal Seginus has exceeded our expectations both times we visited. From the friendly and professional staff to the wide range of facilities and the exceptional kids club, it’s the perfect place for a family holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back again! The lunch options didn’t feel as strong or varied compared to the excellent breakfast and dinner. During lunchtime only, a few restaurant staff members seemed a little tired or overwhelmed, so the service didn’t feel quite as warm as at other times of the day. --- Overall, these were just minor things in an otherwise fantastic stay

Its my 3rd time staying in Royal Seginus but this time (and thanks alot for Mr. Ahmet gulsoy) he gave us good deal to upgrade to superior suite and we really liked it very big one makes us feel so comfortable, we also liked the facilities in general, atmosphere, variety of people staying there (mostly Europeans) , variety of food, pools , beach Well I expected they add more activities in their programs but it didn’t. Also unfortunately we missed the foam pool party because its only one day in the week , maybe its better to make it twice a week

Service is excellent staff are well trained with a smile for everyone on their faces Cleanliness could be more but probably due to the huge amount of residents

The location and facility The unfriendly staff at the reception. The food selection is limited and same every day. The schedule of the food stores is too tight especially during lunch. Also too short time slots for activity facilities.
