I love the property It’s a little bit small pool

Staff-rude, not at all helpful. Given the wrong room on check in and basically told it was my fault. It took the first night sleeping on a cot then 3 hours in the morning before the manager resolved the issue telling us we "were lucky it worked out ". Food-mediocre even in the restaurants which by the way you can only go to one once per stay. Very limited times for food, bar, etc Pool-closed at 19h. Only one small pool for adults only. Noise level-constant, music, screaming children, activities I have traveled in several counties over 40 years and have never wanted to leave the place I'm visiting. I would never recommend this hotel. It was NOT at all relaxing or enjoyable. Worst vacation ever.

Sometimes the bathroom smells like sewage, but not always, so not so bad

A lot of kids and small children so it is very noisy in general but this nothing to do with the hotel. The show time is a little bit late 21:30 starting so it is very late show. It should starts 20:30 or latest 21:00.

Everything

Everything was just great. Beach could’ve been just a tad bit cleaner but it wasn’t beach season so didn’t complain.

Very nice and clean hotel with very kind staff who are always smiling. We stayed at this hotel in winter but had a great time.

We had a great 4 days at Adalya Elite. The food options were humungous and the hotel was very clean. My kid had a great time at the pool and at the beach. The lady who cleaned my room was especially sweet and kind and we connected even though we had no common language. We had a great stay but if I were pressed to express something that could be better, it would be ease of communicaton, which was an issue at times. Some staff speak very little English and it was a a little bit of a challenge. But to be fair, this is understandable and not everyone needs to know English. That said, they had a WhatsApp group with Melike from Guest Relations and she was available at all times and it was easy to communicate with her.

Hotel is lovely we visited mid November so a lot of the facilities were closed but there was still a lot to do! The weather was lovely We took three young children. The kids club was open everyday until 7pm the pools were too cold to use this time of year but all looked great! Lots of slides that were still open! And there was one heated pool outside and the indoor one also, the lifeguard on the pier Mohammed was amazing with my 11 year old son as he was fishing and helped him all day!!! the fair opened for two afternoons between 4-7pm which the kids loved! lots of entertainment at the pool and special thanks to the guest relations staff who were amazing with special thanks to Melike, we didn't get collected until 7pm checkout is 12pm but we was allowed to keep the room until 4pm at no extra cost which really helped us!! The staff are a credit to this hotel they can not do enough for you no matter what part of the hotel you visit, lovely entertainment in the evening all in all a very nice hotel to visit, we visited kelici old town an a transfer was arranged in the lobby for €70 return it was about 40 minutes away and lovely to visit to break up the trip The restaurant was large but the seating from the buffet is down a long corridor and just a bit of a struggle with 3 kids wanting to go back and forth as you can not see them, the food was a bit repetitive seemed the same lunch and evening with no themed nights it was mainly Turkish food which is understandable as in that country but a change one on the nights would have been nice, they do have 4 restaurants you can book two of them per stay but the menu was small and didn't really differ from the what was available at the buffet I just felt this hotel didn't cater to English especially at breakfast time, alot of food places around the hotel were closed due to time of year so the restaurant was our main option, there is nothing outside of the hotel for about a mile a taxi to shops was €10 euro each way but right over road the from hotel entrance

We were in group and we wanted to have always a big table outside but sometimes they said is not possible and we had to sit separately. We hastily always discuss and waiting till they decide to stick the tables.

Our stay at the resort was excellent. The place was very nice and clean, beautifully maintained, and offered great choices of entertainment and food. Its location near the beach made it even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to Nisa Kabacoşkun from the customer relations team. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Her warmth and helpful attitude made our experience truly memorable.

This resort was the best resort among many that I have visited. I cannot come up with one thing to be upset about. Starting with when we first entered the hotel, we were greeted by Afsaneh in the reception who facilitated our check-in process fast and easy. Throughout our stay, we spent so much time with guest relations, Cemile. I cannot say enough how important she was for our positive experience. She went beyond her duties to help us with ALL our planning and checked in with us many times to make sure everything was okay. The rest of the service and food was exceptional as well. I truly feel like we got spoiled for how much we were paying for the hotel. We will definitely be staying here when we come back. None
