Although I had some concerns initially due to the delayed check-in, the team—especially Huseyn—did their best to recover the experience. He kindly upgraded us to a family room with a jacuzzi. Overall, all the staff have been fantastic, helpful, and welcoming Everything is perfect

Very respectful staff we arrived at 10 they did early check in and Miss Hacer Arabaci promoted our room to the jacuzzi sea view room. Every thing was amazing

Everything was lovely, from food to staff and facilities. We've only been there for a few days as we decided to stay in multiple resorts during our vacation, but we regretted that we have not booked more days here❤️ Would definitely recommend it to both families and couples❤️?? -

Perfect place. not too big not too small. This is All inclusive concept . we had that not mentioned on our confirmation , but all guests have unlimited food even if it does not state in your booking. The view was worth to pay extra . Amazing view. Rooms are standard , very quit , we had no problem with noise. good shower pressure, we were happy with cleaning as well. Food was tasty , for dinner - every day grill was amazing. The beach is very clean, the water in the sea was perfect for swimming even in October. We loved this place , especially the people there - both and staff and tourists . We hope we can be back but during summer. fitness area is small and has limited equipment . there are a few running tracks, probable the only useful thing . Beds can be hard for someone , but we actually slept very good , our friends were complaining but they had another room . the outside pool was cold ( in October ) for me ( however I understood that - they have no heated pools advertised ) , but we thought to have possibility to use pool inside , but it was even more cold. May be they turn it on later in the winter .
