Excellent Location. Very good breakfast - many choices. The pillows were really comfy. The room was large with comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Immediate response from front desk staff. It would have been great if all the front desk staff could speak English, like Ms. Kitty

Still not quite understand while booking. Com came back and said we did not settled bill when all had been paid on checked in day by master debit card in RMB and money was taken out on April 25 th reported to me by UOB bank that issued master debit card to me.

We were upgraded to a more spacious room. The staff were kind and polite. Location of this hotel is fantastic. The air-conditioning was centralized and we could not adjust the temperature. The room conditioning was set to 30 degree Celsius which was pretty hot. We had to turn the air-conditioning off in the middle of the night, as we started sweating. Checked with the reception but was told that it was centralized and they could not do anything about it.

Clean, safe, great bed, lovely bathrooms. The staff were kind, thoughtful, very friendly and extremely accommodating. I was upgraded to larger room and was delighted. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Nothing.

The rooms were cleaned and up to the high standards. The welcome was warm, the staff at the reception were always helpful. The iced tea in the reception area was awesome and always available. The location was very convenient, shopping malls and restaurants at walking distance. Nothing. Everything was fine according to our expectations.

Hotel staffs are very welcoming and kindly upgraded our room. The suite room is spacious and comfortable to stay in, we slept really well during the stay. The hotel location is right in the city center, there is a major shopping mall and many good restaurants within walking distance. It is very convenient to get to sight seeing places and the high speed train station. PS: they also have a good breakfast buffet selection.
